Why should you wear Armadillo Merino®?
We take pride in designing the world’s most advanced next-to-skin clothing for tactical operators and professionals operating in high risk environments.
Our next-to-skin clothing is safe. It will not melt, drip or catch fire. It is soft and comfortable. It will not smell. It will keep you warm in the cold and cool when it is hot.
Our garments improve performance, reduce injuries and save lives.

Armadillo Merino® Champions
Our Armadillo Merino® Champions are a unique group of athletes, adventurers, and professionals who put our gear to the ultimate test. From mountaineers tackling the world’s highest peaks to endurance athletes pushing the limits of human performance, to firefighters operating in life-threatening environments—these individuals embody the strength, resilience, and trust that define Armadillo Merino®.
Extreme Heat & Flame Gear (EHF)
Many traditional Flame Resistant (FR) clothing fabrics are unpopular because they are itchy, scratchy, hot, smelly, hard to care for and expensive to procure and maintain. Officers shouldn’t compromise on their safety or comfort when seeking FR protection.

Extreme Cold Weather Gear (ECW)
We’ve all experienced wet cold and dry cold but how about extreme cold. Once you get below -20°C the body has to be protected to deal with a different range of challenges to ensure survivability. Controlling sweat and heat loss become life critical considerations. Our ECWG range has been developed to help operators survive in polar and high alpine conditions by keeping you “comfortably cold” when being tested by the coldest days of winter.
